What steps do you take to ensure that your devices are built to last and won't break down easily?
All our products are tested ,every device comes with 30 days to change your mind and a warranty from 12 months – 24 months giving you total peace of mind.
We ship Monday – Friday for orders before 2pm using a next day tracked delivery service. We don’t ship at weekends or bank Holiday’s
Renewed products are pre-owned items that have been tested, inspected, and reconditioned. They may have minor cosmetic blemishes and general wear and tear, but they are in working order. New products are in their original packaging and never used. They come straight from the store shelf to you with no prior handling or use. Both renewed and new products come with a warranty – so you can shop with confidence..
How does your warranty work ?
Should (and we hope you don’t) encounter an issue its not a problem. All our products with a whopping 12 months warranty !
Some of our other products come with a massive 24 month warranty
How do I return an order ?
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a product – Simply get in touch with our Customer Service team to arrange the return and we’ll process a full refund back to the original payment method used – this can take up to 14 days to show in your account.
I haven't had an email confirmation for my order ?
We are sorry to hear that! Sometimes emails can end up in spam folders so we recommend you to check it first. If you still can’t find your confirmation email, don’t worry our team is here to help.
