We take pride in providing high quality virgin hair. Our hair comes from 1-3 donors meaning each hair extension is not the same. Please review your hair upon purchasing. We ensure you that every order is inspected before every pick up or ship out.

There is a no return and no refund policy when you complete your order. No exceptions!

Hair that is on hand will ship out same day if purchased before 2pm. If it is purchased after 2pm it will ship out next day.

Hair that is not on hand takes 2-3 days to process and 5-7 days to ship out.
